D. Wayne Lukas was the “man” after the 2013 Rebel Stakes. His two trainees came in first and second. Oxbow got nipped at the wire by Will Take Charge with Joan Court aboard. The win catapulted Will Take Charge to the Top of the leader board and assured him a spot in the 2013 Kentucky Derby.
