2012 Kentucky Oaks Future Wager – The only Kentucky Oaks Future Wager pool for 2012 ran concurrently with Derby pool 2 but closed 30 minutes later, the field was the 4 to 1 favorite over Princess Arabella at 6 to 1 and Grace Hall at 8 to 1. A total of $92,476 was wagered in the Oaks Future, $63,960 to win and $28,516 in the exacta pool. Betting on the Kentucky Oaks Future Wager started at noon ET Friday, March 2 and concluded at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 4.

The 2012 Kentucky Derby and 2012 Kentucky Oaks Future Wagers provide fans the opportunity to wager on potential competitors at odds that could be considerably more attractive than those available on the day of the respective race. Winning payouts on the Derby and Oaks Future Wagers are determined by the odds in place at the end of each respective betting pool.

All bets are $2 minimum wagers. Both pools consist of 24 wagering interests that include 23 individual horses and a mutuel field, or “all others” interest.
